1.  How to place order?

Order placement process is same like any e-commerce site like Amazon, Flipkart etc. Please Signup using email OTP to order.

a. Select the products you want to buy.

b. Select quantity.

c. Add to cart.

d. Proceed to Check out.

e. Ensure the contact details and the shipping address.

f. Use Coupon code if available.

g. Continue to payment.

h. Complete the payment using Secure payment gateway.

2.  How can I track my order?

We will share you the tracking details on emails and sms once the order is dispatched. 

3. How long will it take to ship my order?

 We have reliable delivery partners- Delhivery and India Post. It will take 5-10 days to deliver in India depending upon your location. We will share you the tracking details. A signature will be required upon delivery.

In case, you are not available to accept delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS/Call or Email to advise that delivery has been attempted.

If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges will be applicable for further delivery in case the parcel is returned to us.

4. What do I do if I received a Tampered box?

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately send an message with photos (if possible) at Whatsapp : 8408066167 or email us at yakshami.ethnic@gmail.com

5. What do I do if I receive a Damaged/Wrong Product?

If you have received a damaged product, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of the receipt of the item on Whatsapp : 8408066167 or email us at yakshami.ethnic@gmail.com for validating the return.

a) You should ensure the product is unused

b) Share images of the Wrong/Damaged Product (Try to capture the damaged area of the product)

6. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

We strive to  portray the photos as accurately as possible on our website. However, the colours of the products may slightly vary depending on the display screen settings of your monitors and  electronics devices. 

7. What do I do if an item from my order is missing?

8. Will I get separate shipments if I buy 3-4 products or will it be in a single shipment?

All products will be shipped as a single shipment.

9. Why is my order being Cancelled?

We generally do not cancel orders but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we may have to cancel an order. Our support team will keep you posted if your order has been cancelled.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your order you can reach out to our customer support team at Whatsapp : 8408066167 or email us at yakshami.ethnic@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellations will not be acceptable. 

11. I just cancelled my order when will I receive my refund?

If cancelled before shipping, we will provide refund. We let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact your bank.

12. What Jewellery care to be taken?

Protect your Jewellery from Sharp Blows, Scratches and Extreme Temperatures.
Avoid Contact With Perfumes, Sprays, Chemicals and Water.
Keep your Jewellery in a Clean, Dry and Airtight Box. Wipe it using a Soft Cloth regularly.

1. What is your return and exchange policy?

Jewellery:

7 Day Return

Returns can be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.

For defective/ damaged items the return should be initiated within 24 hours of receipt. Please refer below policy: For defective or damaged item return policy. 

The products must be returned in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original plastic box and delivery package box, including all accessories and documents.

All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control  by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy our requirements. If the products do not meet Quality Control standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control, we will proceed with the applicable refund.

Return Process-

1. All returns are free.

2. Initiate return from your account.

3. After approval from us, we will initiate the return through our delivery partner. Please place item in the original plastic box with packing material. Place the plastic box in the delivery package box. Seal the delivery package box properly.

4. We will intimate the pickup date for the return of the concerned item separately.

5. All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control  by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy our requirements. If the products do not meet Quality Control standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control, we will proceed with the applicable refund.

For defective or damaged item return

If product reaches you in a damaged condition / defective condition then we will accept returns, provided we are informed within 24 hours of customer receiving the parcel. On receipt of the item the money will be refunded. Please click a picture of damaged product and send us an email on yakshami.ethnic@gmail.com by mentioning the order no. 

We assume that you have agreed to our terms and conditions when placing an order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
